God’s love transformed my life and my past! His love and mercy are the fundamental truths that permeates all I do. It is the ONLY power capable of genuinely transforming and healing.

Our past and present struggles meet us every waking morning along with the worry and fear that comes with them. But, what if you could replace that dread with the mercy of God meeting you every morning? The patience of God walking with you through every struggle? The power to overcome the searing mistakes, sins and traumas of the past?

I’m here to tell you, resoundingly, YOU CAN and YOU ARE NOT ALONE!

I know what it’s like to spend day after day hiding behind painful wounds and shame. Life comes rushing in, wave after wave and it’s all you can do to keep your head above water.

I see you! I am you!

There is hope, and I pray you’ll allow me to be the friend who introduces you to the One Who can heal you inside and out!

The voices of the past, fear, and defeat are constantly with us, but would you be willing to explore a path where these voices are silenced? Would you embark on a journey to achieve peace if you knew that every step you took would get you closer to it? I lived decades of my life burdened by my past and the destruction that came with it, not only impacting me but my marriage and children. Relational abuse and trauma kept me trapped in shame and self-loathing. But when I cried out to God and said, “I want freedom and I don’t care what it costs me”, things began to change. I mean, really change.

God showed me how to honor my life by first honoring Him and who He created me to be and I began to come alive to my value and identity in HIM! This eventually led to understanding that the wounds of the soul are sacred and must be honored before the celebration of our story can begin. For so long we loathe who we were when we were injured and blame ourselves for our own pain. The result is self-hatred and crippling shame. When we allow God to touch those wounds, we are transformed and begin to live a life that honors and celebrates the lives God has blessed us with, no matter how broken. Shame was my master for decades, but when I embraced Jesus, He taught me a different way. His way! It hasn’t been easy, but it has been worth it.
